Siddharth has over 3 years of experience in the Healthcare sector, having worked as a Marketing Associate with Stryker (Fortune 500 medical devices company). In his role, he served as one of the founding team members to launch Trauson (Orthopaedic Implant segment) in India and played a key role in building it from scratch to a turnover of 8 Cr+ business within 3 years of its launch. He spearheaded product training for the sales team across India and Indonesia.

While working in Stryker, he started volunteering at Make A Difference (MAD), an NGO working to ensure better outcomes for children in Child Care Institutions (CCIs) across India. Moved by his desire to contribute meaningfully to society, he went on to play various leadership roles in MAD, and eventually leaving the corporate world to embrace a full time role as the Director of Operations.

As a Director, Siddharth mentors a team of city managers across 23 cities spanning 16 states of India who are directly working with 3000+ volunteers to support more than 3500 vulnerable children across footprints. Over the last 2.5 years, he was instrumental in upholding and strengthening the culture of cohesiveness, setting up systems and processes to bring visibility across functions, and building organisational perspective and resilience towards its vision and mission. A strong believer of the need and effectiveness of collaborations for organisations, he has initiated several partnerships with external organisations such as IBM SkillsBuild for providing training to increase employability of youth supported by MAD, Deloitte Development Sector Forum for Compensation Bench-marking Study, and Indian School of Development Management (ISDM) and Bhumi for LnD sessions with volunteers.
